The process is as follows:

• Vegetable Cutting: The harvest wagon moves forward at a slow pace while operators carefully cut the vegetables.
• Transport Upwards: The cut vegetables are placed onto a conveyor belt, which transports them upward.
• Detection and Storage: Upon reaching the top, the conveyor belt stops at a detection eye, allowing the person in the trailer time to place the vegetables into crates.
• Shifting the Conveyor Belt: As the crates in the trailer fill up, the conveyor belt can be moved along the trailer, ensuring that the operator always has empty crates available.

Our zucchini harvester is specially designed to make the harvesting process of zucchinis fast, efficient, and precise.

Thanks to its innovative design, zucchinis can be harvested and classified by size quickly, simplifying the sorting process.

The process is as follows:

• Cutting Vegetables: The zucchini harvester moves slowly forward, while the operators carefully cut the vegetables.
• Transporting Zucchinis: After the zucchinis are placed on the conveyor belt, they are transported upwards on the elevating conveyor.
• Size Classification: The zucchinis are automatically sorted based on their size, with two or three different classification options.

Our automatic carrot harvester is designed to make the harvesting of young carrots quick and efficient. The process is as follows:

• Carrot Harvesting: The young carrots are transported from a vertical line to a horizontal line via belts, directly to the workstation.
• Initial Cleaning: During transport, the sand is removed from the carrots, and an initial wash can take place.
• Inspection and Grouping: At the workstation, the carrots are inspected and manually grouped for bundling.
• Bundling with Binding Machine: The carrots are bundled using the binding machine(s), which applies an elastic band for neat packaging.
• Packaging: The bundled carrots are placed into a designated container for storage.
