LEEK WASHING MACHINE

Our leek washing machine is designed for the thorough cleaning of leeks.
The stainless steel machine efficiently removes all soil, sand, and dirt, leaving the leeks perfectly clean and ready for further processing.
The process works as follows:

• Manual Placement:
  The leeks are manually placed onto the conveyor to start the cleaning process.
• Machine Cleaning:
  The leeks are fed through the machine, where they are thoroughly cleaned by brushes and water jets.
• Root Cutting:
  During the process, the roots of the leeks are automatically cut off.
• Final Inspection:
  The leeks on the discharge belt are nearly ready for packaging and require minimal further handling by the operators, allowing them to be packed immediately.
