Harvesting Belt

Our harvesting belt, available with or without traction, is designed to make the vegetable harvesting process quick and efficient.

The harvesting belt comes with a Certificate of Conformity, an official document confirming that our products meet the relevant laws, regulations, standards, and quality requirements. This certificate provides assurance to customers that our products have been tested and approved according to applicable industry and safety regulations.

The process is as follows:

• Vegetable Cutting: The harvesting belt moves forward at a slow pace while operators carefully cut the vegetables.
• Transport Upwards: The cut vegetables are placed onto a conveyor belt, which transports them upward.
• Detection and Storage: Upon reaching the top, the conveyor belt stops at a detection eye, allowing the person in the trailer time to place the vegetables into crates.
• Shifting the Conveyor Belt: As the crates in the trailer fill up, the conveyor belt can be moved along the trailer, ensuring that the operator always has empty crates available.

This optimized workflow ensures a streamlined and efficient harvesting process, increasing productivity.

How the Harvesting Belt Works

1. Vegetable Cutting
   The harvesting belt moves forward at a controlled, slow speed while operators manually cut the vegetables.

2. Upward Transport via Harvesting Belt
   The freshly harvested vegetables are placed directly onto the harvesting belt, which transports them upward smoothly and efficiently.

3. Detection and Crate Loading
   At the top of the harvesting belt, a detection eye stops the belt, giving the operator sufficient time to neatly place the vegetables into crates.

4. Adjustable Belt Positioning
   As crates fill up, the harvesting belt can be shifted along the trailer, ensuring continuous access to empty crates without interrupting the harvesting process.
